MINUTES OF EXECUTIVE BODY MEETING HELD ON 30.07.2017
As called for, the executive body meeting of
the AICEIA, Guntur branch was held at Hqrs.office, Guntur at 11:00 hrs of this
day i.e., 30.07.2017 to elect new Office bearers consequent on transfer of some
members/office bearers in the ICT/AGT 2017.

The quorum was formed with the members
present to conduct the office. At
the outset, the General Secretary, AICEIA, Guntur Branch praised the zeal and
efforts of the President Shri Naveen Raju, for rendering precious service to
AICEIA, Guntur Branch. General Secretary
invited him to chair the meeting and took permission for proceeding with the
agenda. He thanked all the members for their contribution in collecting membership
subscriptions and thanked the Unit Secretaries for pursuing the issue with DDOs
and for submitting DDO certificates, which were forwarded to the Secretary
General.
In view of the transfer of members, the
General Secretary advised that the vacancies shall be filled by the Executive
Committee, when it meets first after the posts become vacant. The event started at 11.30 hrs and concluded
at around 15:00hrs The following the new office bearers were elected.

Consequent
on rolling out of GST, Nellore Sub-Commissionerate was formed under the
jurisdiction of Guntur GST Commissionerate.
Hence it was proposed to visit Nellore Sub-Commissionerate during
August, 2017 and to request the Inspectors of Nellore Sub-Commissionerate to
join with the Association to strengthen AICEIA Guntur Branch.
Meeting
was concluded with vote of thanks.
